enable the vision of Zalando to deliver a personal and relevant store experience unique for each of the 30 + million customers

Role
As the principal product designer of the project, I had both vertical and horizontal roles.
Vertically, I drove the entire project in sprints (of 1-2 months) in collaboration with stakeholders from ideation to delivering an ideal customer journey with opportunity areas.
Horizontally, I followed through with:
guiding teams to explore further the defined opportunity areas through smaller initiatives e.g personalized recommendations based on your purchases
jumping in to steer some of them e.g product recommendations roadmap definition
thought leadership by defining personalization design principles and activating them across the organisation (internal training, medium publications…)
