Role
Principal Product Designer with the following responsibilities:
Worked with the senior leadership of product, engineering & design to influence the platform CX direction, craft & refine the 2021 vision based on that
Navigated through the project ambiguity by using design & CX frameworks in order to facilitate discussion, enable product decisions
Communicated across the organization the vision through an aligned aspirational future state visualized in a high-fi prototype
Followed through with the execution phase by breaking the vision up into smaller projects & initiatives
Led a team of up to 8 designers across the pillars to drive the parallel initiatives
