  • integrate the abstract company’s vision for 2021 with many objectives/ideas into one concrete & cohesive CX

  • communicate the shared vision to the wider teams of the company

  • enable teams to implement it through smaller projects & initiatives with clear actions

Role

Principal Product Designer with the following responsibilities:

  • Worked with the senior leadership of product, engineering & design to influence the platform CX direction, craft & refine the 2021 vision based on that

  • Navigated through the project ambiguity by using design & CX frameworks in order to facilitate discussion, enable product decisions

  • Communicated across the organization the vision through an aligned aspirational future state visualized in a high-fi prototype

  • Followed through with the execution phase by breaking the vision up into smaller projects & initiatives

  • Led a team of up to 8 designers across the pillars to drive the parallel initiatives
